All programmes support the growth of the individual’s self knowledge, self-respect and self-esteem while underpinning the school’s and the community’s shared values and philosophy: they promote partnership between parents, students and the school. The programmes are totally bespoke and support the professional and personal progression of the individuals concerned, while attaining the initiatives identified by the school in its development plans.

For staff – Leadership Insights Suite

The staff programmes, known as the Leadership Insights Suite has a number of bespoke elements pertaining to role and experience of the individuals concerned, whether Executive Head, SLT members, subject leaders or key stage co-ordinators, emerging leaders, experienced teachers, RQTs, NQTs, and administrative staff.

The programmes are delivered in school and relate to real issues identified by the school. Normally we would work with five or six members of staff during a day’s delivery. All the programmes are specifically designed to support the performance management requirements of the individual as well as advancing career progression opportunities while increasing the school’s level of sustainability.

For students – Key Stage 2 upwards

The student programmes (Key stage 2 upwards) focus on a numbers of needs. For the older students we support further education and career choices, while other programmes enhance the school’s provision for under-achievers, gifted and talented, developing the hidden curriculum, PSE, and the ESR agendas.
